It’s Foodstuff Friday!

Because we all deserve a little indulgence at the end of the week.


Well its finally Friday! Thank goodness because this week has felt so long it really feels like it should be next week by now.

For today’s edition of Foodstuff Friday, I’m mixing it up a bit by providing the recipe for something that’s actually guilt-free and completely healthy. I am borrowing the recipe from my amazingly fabulous NYC-dwelling ex-coworker/current best bud, Bevan.



Bevan (yes, as in THE Bevan from makes the best smoothies ever. No lie. Like, she should really open her own smoothie store. But until then, dear readers, you get to make one of her ah-MAZ-ing smoothies in your own home.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of frozen mango
  • 2 scoops of matcha powder
  • 1.5 cups of vanilla rice milk
  • sprinkle of chia seed




Et voila!

Drink it, down it, devour it- it’s divine.
