Welcome back to FOODSTUFF FRIDAY!
So today, making her 2nd appearance in as many weeks, please welcome back to the blog, Bevan!!
(I do have other friends, you guys, I swear.) However, none are as adept in the art and science of smoothie making. So, when she gchatted me on Wednesday with the following message, it was a no-brainer that she should once again take the spotlight this week:
Bevan: I MADE A KILLER TROPICAL SMOOTHIE TODAY
I was like, “well we can’t rob everyone’s taste buds of the opportunity to try it, do you mind if I feature it on Foodstuff Friday?!” Actually, since this was gchat, we have the transcripts and my exact words were:

The smoothie currently has a couple names in development:
- Tropical Sundance Smoothie
- Best Spring Smoothie Ever
- The Best F*cking Tropical Day Smoothie
- One scoop of Vega One tropical protein powder
- Handful of frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups of coconut water
- 1 Tbsp of maca powder
And call it a day.
Question for you: what time of day do you usually drink smoothies? Breakfast time? Afternoon? Pre or post workout? Other?
